After the ignition of Aries, Taurus season arrives like a long exhale. The Sun moves through this fixed earth sign from April 19th to May 20th, slowing the pace and asking us to tend to what we have just set in motion. This is the season of roots, of the body, of sensory presence. It does not ask us to leap. It asks us to stay.

This particular Taurus season carries significant weight. Uranus makes its final ingress into Gemini on April 25th, closing a chapter of disruption in the material realm and opening a new era of rapid mental and collective change. A Full Moon in Scorpio mid-season pulls the depths to the surface, asking us to release what we have been holding too tightly. And with Chiron freshly in Taurus, there is a quiet invitation beneath it all: to heal our relationship with worth, with abundance, and with the simple act of receiving.

I am a natal Taurus sun, Mercury and Midheaven, the past 7.5 years have been somewhat the most challenging years of my life so far (especially if we place on top of that my Sturn return and Pluto doing oppositions and conjunctions to all of my stelliums in Cancer and Capricorn placements)... all of it happening at the same time. It has been, well… intense to say the least. I wanted to honor all of the life changes, the trials and tribulations, the moments where giving up felt like the only choice and yet here I am, celebrating it’s the end of endurance at all costs, and I welcome the new era in my life with this mix that partly makes me cry, and partly makes me wanna dance and laugh (just like Uranus in all of these years lol).
