Iris Ipsum is the alias of Solomon Rosenthal, a Los Angeles-based composer, multi instrumentalist, visual artist and software designer. Their work spans a variety of genres and includes releases on labels such as Satellite Era and the UK-based Touched Music. They have toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe, and recently debuted a new alias, Glyss, with a full length release on Pleasure Tapes and Candlepin Records. In addition to their music, Iris Ipsum offers a collection of homebuilt audio software and hardware tools, many of which are available for free download online.
