Daniel T is a California-based DJ and producer. A longtime record collector and digger, Daniel has become a local authority on bygone music. He started making music 15 years ago as one half of Cosmic Kids, who made a name for themselves producing heady house and astral dance originals and remixes for cult labels Let’s Play House and DFA. In the years leading up to the pandemic, Daniel and his former DJ partner Wyatt left an indelible mark on Los Angeles with their beloved series of Heat-Wave parties. Daniel’s solo output is inspired by everything that you might find leafing through his diverse record collection: disco, international funk, post punk, reggae, and off-kilter pop. He has released original productions and edits for Cascine, Razor N Tape, and Pleasure of Love.
