Andy Schiaffino, also known as body / negative, is a New York City-based experimental musician recognized for a distinctive analog approach to crafting immersive sonic landscapes. Schiaffino began her journey in radio by hosting multiple shows on the 500-watt college radio station KKSM, as she pursued a major in broadcasting. Cloud Music initially found its home on the independent station Moon Glow Radio, and Schiaffino has since made guest appearances on influential platforms like NTS and Reform Radio. Beyond her roles as a curator and solo artist, Schiaffino serves as the talent buyer for LA’s Heavy Light Festival, an experimental music and film festival founded by Ryan & Rachel Betschart of San Diego Underground Arts.
