Light in the Attic takes pride in cultivating direct relationships with the artists/estates whom they reissue to ensure proper credit, and compensation, is always given. With releases ranging from D’Angelo to Serge Gainsbourg, Lou Reed to Betty Davis, Sly Stone to Karen Dalton, Donnie & Joe to Nancy & Lee, Light in the Attic works tirelessly to bring the rarest cuts to the masses.
Mina Douglas is Light in the Attic’s Supply Chain Operations Coordinator. Originally from Richmond, VA. Her dad is a musician who managed a local record store (Plan 9) and venue (Twisters) during her childhood, causing her life to be immersed in music at an early age. On her days off, you can find her at an estate sale or flea market. She collect vintage band t-shirts, Victorian jewelry, mid-century furniture, and anything that looks like it would belong in Pee-Wee’s Playhouse.
