Some All None is hosted by Jeremiah Chiu.

Some All None is as eclectic and varied as Jeremiah’s practice. It is focused less on specific genres, and more on overall vibe. Smooth selections of Early Synthesizer Music, Library Music, New Age, Jazz Fusion, High Prog, Electro Boogie, Eccentric Soul, Out Sound, Electric World, Minimalism, Experimental Sound and more all find commonplace here. Some of this, All of this, None of that.

Jeremiah Chiu—a multi-disciplinary artist and musician based in LA—hosts Some All None, a bi-monthly, two-hour journey through experimental sound. Airing on the second Tuesday of every other month starting in January, the show highlights a mix of early electronic, minimalism, new classical, and improvised longform pieces.

In early 2022 Chiu released a critically-acclaimed duo album with Marta Sofia Honer on International Anthem, Recordings from the Åland Islands, which combined field recordings with improvisations on synthesizer and viola. In June of 2023, Chiu spent two days at Los Angeles’s Vintage Synthesizer Museum, sequencing their vast collection of synths without the use of MIDI, and recording improvisations to analog tape. The result was 2023’s In Electric Time. Beyond his solo and duo work, Jeremiah currently co-leads LA-based “trance-jazz” group SML and is a member of Jeff Parker’s Expansion Trio.
